Brian Passehl

Brian is the Vice President of Lending at Waldo State Bank and has a diverse background that includes 29 years in the financial services industry, 5 years of active duty in the United States Army, and a commitment to community service. With 15 years of experience in banking and 14 years in insurance, Brian has a proven track record of success.

He graduated from UW-Oshkosh, where he earned an Executive MBA, and Lakeland University, where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. He also holds an Associate's Degree in Marketing from Moraine Park College. Brian has been recognized throughout his career for his dedication to community service, earning accolades such as Kiwanian of the Year and Chamber Board Member of the Year.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Brian is a true community leader, dedicating his time and energy to coaching youth football for 27 years and announcing high school football games for 16 years. He is a proud member of SF Kiwanis, SF Lions, SF Chamber, and SF United Football League. He also enjoys playing disc golf and spending time with his family.

Brian's goal at Waldo State Bank is to be part of the bank's continued growth and to help empower the community by providing exceptional financial services. He firmly believes that community banking is in his blood, and he loves being part of Waldo State Bank because it allows him to help all community members. He is a dedicated professional, and his passion for helping others is evident in all he does.
