5 EASY STEPS TO SWITCH

Step 1: Open an Account

If you're looking to open an account, our team is here to accommodate your schedule and location! Stop into the bank or contact us to learn how we can open an account for you. Our Customer Information Form is a tool to help you prepare to open your account.

Step 2: Sign up for Online Banking

Track your deposits, checks, debit card transactions, and automatic payments with ease. Also, take advantage of our Online Bill Pay service and eStatements. Utilize our Automatic Bill Pay Checklist as a tool to ensure all automatic payments are accounted for.

Step 3: Stop Using Your Former Account

Be sure to allow time for all outstanding debit card transactions and checks to clear. For your security, destroy any unused checks, deposit slips, and Debit/ATM card. If you like, we can take care of that for you.

Step 4: Change Your Recurring Payment Activity

Make this step simple by using the optional Direct Deposit Checklist and Direct Deposit Request Form. Be sure to remember all incoming deposits (credits) or outgoing payments (debits).

Step 5: Close Your Account

Once all of your outstanding debit card transactions and checks have cleared, and your automatic payments and direct deposits are being deducted or credited through your new account, it is time to close your old account.
