Unique Twists on Two Classic Favorites!
This month I'm featuring two favorites that with these twists to the classic recipes, make them unique and delicious!
Taco Tater Tot Bowl - serves 4
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 packet of Taco Seasoning
- 20 ounces of Tater Tots
- Any or All of these toppings - Refried Beans, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Black Olives, Jalapenos, Onions, Guacamole, Taco Sauce, Salsa, Sour Cream - or any of your favorite taco toppings
- Brown Ground Beef, drain grease, follow directions on Taco Seasoning Packet
- Bake or Air Fry (my favorite) Tater Tots until brown and crispy
- Assemble your Taco Bowl
- Enjoy!!
Flavorful Rice Krispy Treats
- 6 c Rice Krispy Cereal
- 1/4 c Butter
- 10 ounces Marshmallows
- 1 small package Instant Pudding - Any Flavor, I used Butterscotch
- 1/2 c Mini Chocolate Chips
- Measure Cereal in large bowl
- Melt butter and Marshmallows over low heat on stove stirring constantly OR microwave, stirring after each minute until melted and incorporated
- Add in the Pudding and Chocolate Chips - mix well
- Pour over the Cereal - mix well
- Place in 9 x 13 greased container
- Let rest for 3 hours until firm, cut
- Enjoy!!
